Job Description
MagickTech is looking for an HR Manager with 10+ years experience. You will take ownership of all HR functions across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, employee engagement, onboarding, learning & development, etc. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and hiring niche skills like AI, AR, Mobile App Development.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and Interview techniques using Job Portals, LinkedIn, etc.
• Hiring, Attract IT Talent & Retain employees.
• Promote culture of IT, Inclusive, Employee Engagement and win as ONE team.
• Policies and Procedures Rollout.
• Employee Engagement & Retention.
• Learning & Development of Team Members.
• Performance Reviews.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation

• Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Experience in human resources or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
