Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various HR functions and possess expertise in HR software systems such as ADP, Paylocity, to accommodate effective compliance to multi-state labor department regulations.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implement and manage talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Lead program management initiatives related to employee benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager role with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
