The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with operation team to drive HR agenda

Ensure manpower in place without shortfall, ensure to meet revenue targets through right deployment of staff

Responsibilities

a) Recruitment, On-Boarding & Retention

Drive site teams to ensure on time/in budget hiring, recruitment strategy for frontline staff, Develop Alternative sourcing channel,Drive on time Onboarding in adherence to organisation’s Key Financial Control norms. Devise & lead client specific retention plan

b) Manpower Planning

Drive plans to ensure manpower on continuous basis without abrupt shortages, Ensure on time inputs to the new bids

c) Mobilisation, Induction, Training & Development, Employee Engagement

Lead mobilizations, demobilizations & critical client deployments in the region,Ensure UM & Key In unit resource induction

Project manager in unit induction in the region,Support in UM development plan and other employee development initiatives, Project training calendar, drive employee engagement program and participate in key events, ensure timely response & resolution to Speak-Up & Employee Connect and any other employee issues

d)compliance, IR & Labor Union Matters, Governance

Zero IR issues , nullify union formation, Ensure all labor compliances in the order as per state rules, lead critical client/Labour audits

e) Client Engagement Support

Top Unit visits, client meetings and attend review, ensure on time and effective resolution of escalations

Qualifications
• Full time Bachelor’s degree and Fulltime Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Social Welfare

LLB is preference
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources handling Minimum wage category staff
• Exposure to State minium wage norms
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability in deployment of bulk staff
• Strong communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
