Job Title: HR Admin & Labour Relations Officer
Location: Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, India
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Reporting to: Plant Manager / Director of Operations
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation meticulously.
Labour Relations and Compliance:
Manage daily interactions with plant workers, addressing concerns proactively to maintain high morale and productivity.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety standards, and workplace regulations.
Mediate conflicts or grievances, providing effective solutions to maintain positive labour relations.
Conduct regular labour welfare meetings and implement employee welfare programs.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee daily plant administrative tasks, including vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and logistics.
Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory control efficiently.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or agricultural production environments.
Solid understanding of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance standards in India.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Independent, self-motivated, and capable of handling HR functions autonomously.
Demonstrated ability to manage and engage effectively with a diverse workforce.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of HR operations and labour management.
Experience in agricultural or industrial settings, especially related to BSFL or livestock production, is highly desirable.
