Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
• Develop, update, and maintain HR-related SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient HR operations.
• Ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of SOPs to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Verify all other departments are developing,updating,maintaining respective SOPs
Employee Orientation:
• Plan and conduct comprehensive employee orientation sessions for new hires.
• Introduce new employees to company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Development:
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Support management in identifying high-potential employees and creating personalised development plans.
Employee Relations:
• Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Support conflict resolution and facilitate discussions between employees and management when needed.
Performance Management:
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure that performance evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently across the organisation.
HR Data & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Maintain Employee attendance record, payroll, salary slips
• Conduct Employee engagement activities with the staff members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, SOP management, employee orientation, and employee development.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
