Complete Compliance Process cycle. Handle all sorts of HR Compliance related requirement under BCOW, CLRA and other certain Acts.
Attendance management, Payroll processing, Handling of Issue related to PF, ESIC, PTAX, Gratuity, Payment of wage, Minimum Wage etc. , Vendor bill processing.
Complete Compliance Process cycle of Establishment ACT, Contract Labour ACT & BOCW ACT etc.
Issuing or Renewal of Various License and Registration
Filing of the Returns under various Labour Laws Quaterly, Half yearly and Annually
Coordination with the Govt authorities
Sub Contractors coordination
Payment follow up
FRRO related work.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
