This is a hands-on, generalist role with responsibility for delivering effective HR practices that support operational and commercial objectives. Reporting into senior leadership, the HR Manager will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a strong people culture. The Role As HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, with a strong focus on employee relations, people development, and policy implementation. Key responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned to business objectivesManaging end-to-end recruitment, from role definition through to onboardingProviding advice and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practiceOverseeing compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and bonus schemesEnsuring compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and internal policiesSupporting training and development initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholdersImplementing and embedding performance management processes using HR systemsHandling employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and workplace disputesMaintaining and developing HR systems to ensure consistency across people processesSupporting health and safety compliance and people-related risk management Your Profile Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related disciplineCIPD qualified (or equivalent professional membership)Proven experience in a generalist HR Manager or Senior HR roleStrong working knowledge
