We are looking for Human Resource Manager for managing the Human Resources functions as well as Team management across the Insurance, Financial Services, Taxation, Real Estate and Technology Solutions.

o Job Description & Roles:
The person having decent knowledge about managing an Insurance company s sales team and other personnel
Establish recruiting requirements by studying the organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Enhances the organization s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Retains human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
Overseeing performance and responsible for good output of the team. Should have good Man-management skills and responsible for maintaining office decorum
Responsible for smooth functioning of all verticals throughout the organization
Responsible for managing the attendance
