Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at brand Jisora. The HR Manager will be responsible mainly for the recruitment process for various posts within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the entire hiring process. In addition, the HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting background checks, and coordinating employee onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process
Conduct background checks and verify candidate references
Manage the offer and onboarding process for new hires
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems
