To support our expansion and to enable stable long-term strategic growth, we are establishing Human Resources function. We have a lot of do, and therefore we are now looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.
As a Generalist, you will be be sole stakeholder of all HR activities, some of which are mentioned below :
1. Major focus being Talent Acquisition, you will be attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent for varied roles - tapping talent pool through various mediums, shortlisting profiles, conducting structured interviews, analysing profile fitment, reference check, and closure.
2. Design impactful Induction and onboarding.
3. Employer Branding on social media.
4. Employee Engagement and Retention.
5. Compliance to all statutory norms.
6. Leave, attendance and payroll.
7. Designing policies and processes.
8. Exit Management.
+. Learning and Development.
What are we looking at ?
2-4 years experience in Human Resources, coming from a background of Talent Acquisition, preferably from Media / Entertainment industry.
