• 4 to 5 years of proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive or
related field
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and
integrity.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software, MS Office suite
& knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
