Summary Of Position
The HR Manager is a key player in the strategy and implementation of various human resource programs, systems, and procedures to aid in the attraction, retention, and motivation of employees in accordance with policies, procedures, and government laws and regulations; assist in the administration while promoting a safe, fair, positive work environment. Recommends and implements procedural/process.
Essential Job Functions
• Lead the creation and implementation of Human Resources related processes.
• Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resource-related activities which may include: employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication, and the interpretation of policies and procedures.
• Counsel, coach, and guide the Executive team and staff in addressing concerns and complaints to assure fair and equitable treatment while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and practices.
• Be a resource and provide Human Resource expertise and support to all levels of the company.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on how to better improve the employee experience.
• Responsible for owning the recruitment and hiring processes for the US workforce.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues related to but not limited to leave of absences, time and attendance, accommodation requests, performance management process, etc.
• Manage a confidential maintenance system of employee relations records
• Oversee the open enrollment process and be the point of contact for other benefit related needs
• Own the bi-annual performance evaluations and review cycle
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment practices and procedures.
• Oversee Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
• Maintains employee and property Human Resource documents, records, and files as required by government regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide services to team members in a friendly and caring manner
• Assist with payroll processing as needed
• Develop our company policies and practices as necessary
• Other projects and duties as assigned
Desired Skills And Experience
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
• Understanding of state and federal employment regulations for a US workforce
• Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance
• Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude.

EDUCATION
• Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Human Resources roles
• Experience supporting a US-based workforce required
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred
• Experience in Zenefits is must
• This role is a fully remote role out of India working EST or PST hours
