The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and recruitment, both technical and
non–technical hires along with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The role will involve employee orientation, training and development, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, and there is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce and working models.
Key Responsibilities of this Role
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and selection process.
· Assess training and development needs to apply and monitor training programs.
· Create and implement effective onboarding and employee orientation procedures
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
· Maintain pay plan and benefits program
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skills & Qualification
· Degree in Human Resources or related field
· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
· People-oriented and results-driven
· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and functions ((pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
· Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases, knowledge of Zoho is a plus
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
· Degree in Human Resources or related field.
