Human Resources Manager

Position: HR ManagerPlease Note: Only Candidates with 4-5 years of experience should apply.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and recruitment, both technical andnon–technical hires along with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The role will involve employee orientation, training and development, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, and there is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce and working models.Key Responsibilities of this Role· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.· Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and selection process.· Assess training and development needs to apply and monitor training programs.· Create and implement effective onboarding and employee orientation procedures· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital· Maintain pay plan and benefits program· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Required Skills & Qualification· Degree in Human Resources or related field· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.· People-oriented and results-driven· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and functions ((pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)· Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution· Knowledge of HR systems and databases, knowledge of Zoho is a plus· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices· Degree in Human Resources or related field.About Nuvoretail (www.nuvoretail.com)As a leading e-commerce solution provider, we offer the most remarkable end-to-end e-commerce solutions to various brands in India and abroad.
