Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within our buying house team. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR functions. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and applicable legal requirements. • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. • Manage employee relations, address and resolve employee grievances, and promote a positive work culture. • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional development. • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition initiatives. • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the company's HR practices remain current and effective. • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and organizational development. • Coordinate with external consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies as necessary. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role within the buying house, manufacturing, or related industries. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Proficiency in HR software and systems
