Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Pitch Catalyst located in New Delhi. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and. fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
