Mente is a young company. Its primary business is knowledge process outsourcing for Artificial Inteligence, Machine learning and data management related projects.
We are looking for HR manager. This role requires end to end HR process management. The description for the role is as follows:
• Managing HR process for employee lifecycle
• Managing alumni relationship
• Leading end-to-end people responsibility
• Design and lead the people development charter. Which focuses on the professional development of team members, managing training and personality development of team members
• Lead people barometer measurement exercise and focus on people's happiness
• Work on headcount planning and lead campus relationships
For successful execution of this role, the person needs to possess the following:
• Post-graduation degree in humanities or prior experience of HR with similar job profile
• Good communication skills
• Good people management skills
• Take ownership of tasks and bring them to completion
• Prior experience working in consulting domain or AI is a good to have
Role requires to work from office 5 days a week
