Palies IT Services is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management and will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including payroll management, recruitment, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers.
Create and update job descriptions as needed.
Retention:
Implement effective retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as team building events, training programs, and recognition initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
