Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Nurture a positive working environment. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Execution of employees' performance review procedure. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
