Responsible for all HR Recruitment & talent Acquisition of the Organization. Provide Right Man at the Right place & the Right Time to the organization.
Perform Day to Day HR generalist activity of the Company. Develop & Maintain an Organized Culture of the Company. Maintain Inter-Departmental Relationships in Organization.
Looking after all admin Functions of the Company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Proven experience as talent acquisition
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Excellent communicator & practical Knowledge HR & IR Functions.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Assist in employee retention and development
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster, Indeed)
Screening of Resumes and Highlight Potential according to Job Description.
Line up Interviews by coordinating with Upper Level Management.
Support on Develop & Maintain the work Culture of the organization.
Support to develop HR & Admin Function for the Company.
Understand and act in accordance with the company’s Core Purpose, Goals and values and positively contribute to the company’s culture.
Any other task assigned by Management.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
