Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Jodhpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development programs. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, as well as promote a positive work culture.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in HR management is a plus
