Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at LET'S TRY located in Sonipat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
