About the role:
Avian is currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
Experience: 1.5 to 3 Year.
Location: Office no.101+, SNS Atria B Tower, Opp. Jolly Party Plot, VESU
Timing: 10:00 Am to 6:30 Pm.

● Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
● To manage the Payroll and Salary Management of the employees.
● Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
● Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
What you should have:
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
● Experience in human resources or related fields.
● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
● Experience in educating and coaching staff.
● Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
● Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
● Ability to give presentations.
● Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
● Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
● Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
