Role: HR Manager
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10am – 7pm
About Company – We are leading MNC in field of foreign education and immigration since 20+ years having offices in India and Canada. We are ICCRC, AIRC, ISO Certified and ICEF Screened agency.
Requirements:
Experience: Min 3 years of experience as an HR
Qualifications: Any UG/PG | MBA – HR preferred
1. Desired candidate should have excellent communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, ethical mindset & team handling skills.
2. Understanding of HR policies and system
3. Sound judgement and problem solving skills
4. Understanding of HR policies and procedure.
5. HR Analytics and reporting skills are preferred.
Job Description:
• Managing all aspects of HR department
• HR start to end cycle – Sourcing, Verification checks, Joining formalities to exit formalities
• Handling employee grievances & welfare
• Employee relationship engagement & training
• Timely review of HR policies and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of all statuary compliances of HR
• Auditing and reviewing performance management of all departments.
• In-depth assessment of departments and root cause analysis with solutions
• Sharing insights of workplace and challenges, internal and external with solution to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Assisting management in assigned tasks to departments with reporting.
