Job Grade: Executive - HRBP
Reporting to (job title): Plant HR Head
Based in (location): Krishnapatnam, Nellore, AP
Overall purpose of job : To drive HR operations at the plant level through Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Welfare, Employee Engagement, Retention, etc. Also, ensuring smooth functioning of the operations by facilitating HR activities.
Main activities/ tasks
Recruitment and selection as per approved WFP.Identification of Recruitment sources in order to curtail the cost and time.Onboarding coordination.Employee life cycle management.Employee Engagement.Organize R & R – Scheme and sustainability.Training and Development. Enhancing the employee development and training of people across the plant.Employee Welfare. (Uniform, Canteen, Medical checkup etc.)HR Dashboard & MIS.
Educational qualifications & Experience
MBA-HR with 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing industryMS office and Knowledge in SuccessFactors PreferredGood communication, Team handling and analytical skillsOnly Female candidates are considered
