Education –
Experience – 2 – 3 years experience of working in a Human Resource environment
Key Responsibilities
General administration
Responsible for filing of general administration and support to the Director (CEO)
Maintain up to date employee’s files in the filing cabinet and in database by updating the individual data when necessary.
Ensure all administrative forms are updated and correct and sufficient supplies are maintained.
Respond to all Personnel Change Notification Forms (PCN’s), sending a relevant letter and forms / Job Descriptions to the employee e.g. promotion, transfer, salary change.
Assist with the Preparation of contracts, Working Time Directive (WTD) policy, Job Descriptions and all relevant documentation for new starters when required.
Ensure Taxation and Legal Compliance is maintained.
Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Sound knowledge of Marketing, IT and marketing for Accountancy Services.
Sound knowledge of Labour related Laws of the Country
