Maintains and enhances organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Ensure quality and on-time
delivery of end-to-end HR services paving way for Organizational Development through Change management keeping in mind the strategic requirements of the business; ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
• Experience in progressive Human Resources roles dealing with diverse Human Resources topics.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively.

• Significant knowledge in employment law and HR industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
• Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like Job portals, recruitment vendors, advertisements, referrals, campus drives for bulk hiring etc.
• Establishing hiring strategy to fulfil all positions. Interacting with BU Heads, identifying competencies required and understanding the job descriptions.
• Managing the offer process including Salary negotiations, Offer role outs, Career Mgt. and Succession planning.
• Conducting employment, education verification and professional reference checks.
Orientation & Induction
• Managing On- Boarding Induction Programs; supervising the joining formalities and ensuring that employees settle into their new roles, to make them familiar with company culture and activities.
• Providing workstation and other necessary things required by the employee as per the checklist.
• Taking feedback from new joiners on the current induction process and implement necessary changes.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Organize engagement activities in line with the vibrant culture of the organization and take approval on the annual activity calendar.
• Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance. Checking the pulse of organization with regular employee interaction and sharing alarming issues with the management.
• Organizing and conducting various employee involvement forums like Grievance Redressal Meetings, Town halls, R&R programs, skip level meetings etc.
• Monitoring the effective utilization and retention of manpower.
• Handling employee grievances and providing resolution within the timelines.
Development of HR Policies & Procedures
• Suggest policy changes to management on the basis of operational experience and industry best practices.
• Ensuring the policies and procedures are followed in line with the organizational goals.
• Taking employee sessions on new policies and procedures for smooth implementation.
Performance Management
• Freezing the KRA sheets for different departments as soon as the person joins in.
• Ensuring the 1-O-1 sessions between employees and managers for Goal & KRA setting exercise.
• Resolving manager’s queries & issues related to PMS & employee performance.
• Timely completion of overall Performance Appraisal Cycle & data evaluation.
• Performance Review of employees under PIP.
Exit Management
• Ensuring a smooth exit experience so that employee leaves as an ambassador for the organization.
• Conducting Exit interviews to identify the reasons for attrition and analyzing the feedback for further improvements and taking corrective actions.
• Employee retention and negotiation with the employee.
• Ensuring smooth relieving formalities and handover process.
• Coordination with the Finance team in preparing the Full and Final Settlements.
Database Administration & Miscellaneous
• Ensuring complete File Management System and other HR records are updated on daily basis.
• Generating various HR MIS Reports and sharing it with the HR Head. Updating organizational charts regularly.
• Keeping track of employee activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation and issuing various letters.
• Managing the interns, attendance and coordination with training team for their training updates.
• Coordinate in conducting the exams for interns and provide confirmations on the basis of results.
• Sharing the inputs with payroll team for any kind of deduction from employee salary like uniform deduction, relocation claims, travel, mobile and other reimbursements.
• Work with Admin department and oversee travel, accommodation and other arrangement for various events, workshops etc. conducted for employees.
• Custodian of Uniforms, related policy & processes including vendor coordination for procuring uniforms, issuance, undertaking, handling issues and keeping a record of provisions, etc.
• Ensuring all employee provisions including SIM cards, mobiles, stationery, visiting cards, etc. are issued at the time of joining.
Learning and Development
• Improve skills and knowledge by attending regular training programs as per the training platforms and guidelines provided by the group.
• Abide to all disciplinary procedures, guiding principles and core values of the Group.
• Out-of-Box (innovative) thinking and work on new Initiatives to bring tangible benefit to the Organization.
