Job Description
1. Complete ownership and responsibility for the HR function.
2. Develop and implement HR systems and processes in all sub units.
3. Ensure full HR compliance across all subunits through regular monitoring and periodic audits.
4. Carry out activities to ensure full HR compliance at HO including timely preparation and filing of report and returns.
5. Maintain updated HR MIS at all times and make it available to management whenever required.
6. Facilitate and act as custodian for updated Org structure including all sub units.
7. Ensure staffing as per approved Org structure including assistance in hiring, coordination with placement agencies, organising interviews and releasing offer letters.
8. Maintaining all records relating to employees at HO and ensuring proper employee record maintenance at all sub units through regular audits and bringing to notice of management, any anomalies.
+. Ensure proper joining, documentation, induction of each new employee.
10. Ensure maintenance of proper attendance and leave records for all personnel.
11. Ensure timely processing and payment of salaries and other SWB components.
12. Assist in regular benchmarking of salaries with other institutions of similar category and internal equity amongst all institutions.
13. Assist in regular and timely implementation of PMS and the attendant letters and rewards to employees.
14. Assist in formulation of individual KRAs to all covered employees.
15. Willing to commute and travel for work
16. Any other work assigned by the Reporting Manager
