Role
Oversee our team of the medical representative to evaluate their performance and Wellness.Identify areas for improvement.Meet with management to discuss and strategize solutions and conduct performance reviews.Make sure in new hiring for the company.Take initiatives for better employee culture.Conduct market research on employee compensation and benefits.Negotiate with management regarding employee complaints payrolls and benefits.
