Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
HR qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience in workplace drug & ******* testing is desirable.

Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and modern awards.

Duties:
Oversee HR functions: recruitment, staff credentialing, employee inquiries, and personnel files.
Manage staff induction and support compliance with Quality Improvement Council Standards.
Perform administrative tasks like managing compliance registers, leave records, and training logs.
Lead and support the HR Assistant in daily operations.
Ensure a professional work environment and contribute to organizational operations and research.
Requirements:

Must hold a current driver's license, Working with Children Check, Police Clearance, and CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain them).
Remuneration:
Base salary of $+0,000 - $120,000 plus allowances.
