Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Advisor to join our team at Aditi Consulting. This role will focus on delivering high-quality HR services in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate query resolution, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting various employee life cycle programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain efficient service delivery by completing transactional requests and assigned inquiries within Service Level Agreements (SLA) based on priority and complexity.
• Respond and resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on employee experience.
• Ensure Employee HR records are accurately created and/or maintained in HR Systems.
• Take ownership of closing data administration requests, including follow-up with requestors to collect missing information and inform approval requirements.
• Follow Desktop Procedures/Knowledge Base articles for every transaction/query.
• Implement the Maker-Checker process and perform Data Monitoring to ensure high-quality data in all HR tools.
• Protect Data Privacy and adhere to confidentiality requirements to prevent compliance policy breaches in a highly sensitive data environment.

The HR Services Delivery Center team plays a crucial role in enhancing the Candidate, Employee, and Manager experience by providing timely and accurate query resolution, onboarding candidates, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting employee life cycle programs and processes.
