Responsibilities and Duties:
• Recruitment for requisitions of BMcD.
• Using Taleo for Resume screening and shortlisting.
• Searching for profiles in LinkedIn for projects assigned in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Handling US hiring database and moving resumes as per their specifications.
• Responsible for Internal hiring as and when required
• Working on other international job portals as and when needed
• Communicating with US HR team as per the work requirement
Qualifications
Skills needed:
• Good communication skills
• Should be efficient in understanding non-IT technical profiles and job specs
• Positive attitude towards work.
Qualifications:
• Candidate should have a Bachelors / master’s degree in human resources.
• The candidate should have a work experience of 1 – 3 years.
