This is a full time remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill job openings assigned by managers of the organization. They will also be involved in conducting priliminary interviews and managing the hiring process.
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 year Experience in bulk hiring / sales recruitment is a plus
