Role - HR Shared Services Manager
Key highlights of the role will be
• The person will be responsible for managing the onboarding process (Technology enabled) for
• White-collared employees (~ 60 per month) - Self
• Blue collared employees (~2000 per month at ~500 locations) - through the team
• Database management (20K+ employees)
• Ensure process compliance, accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure TAT at all the stages
• Coordination with the technology partner for resolving any issue
• Query management and support
• Login /user management
• Assets requisition
• Induction management
• Personal file management
• BGV
• Other employee lifecycle processes
• Work on HR projects
Candidate profile
• Preferably from HR shared services
• Should have worked on HRMS software / Analytics tools (BI Etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good excel skills
• Excellent stakeholder management (at all levels)
Salary: Upto 13 Lacs
