The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class HR advisory support to our business teams. This includes working closely with the Regional HR Lead and HR Business Partners to provide insight, advice, guidance, and practical support to ensure business areas successfully deliver their people strategies and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively build strong relationships with all levels of the organisation across Lockton
Understand the business agenda, commercially, culturally, and strategically
Participate in core HR initiatives and project implementations for the Business
Act as a visible role model for Lockton and its values and behaviours
Support the continuous improvement of the Human Resources function profile and perception within Lockton through the quality of support and service delivered
