Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in recruiting and hiring, preferably in a non-profit setting
Proven ability to develop and manage effective recruitment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and advise hiring managers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software, with strong organizational skills

Attend staff meetings, team meetings, and relevant trainings
