3-5 years progressive HR experience

Serve as a member of the Employee Engagement Team assisting in the planning, organizing, and promoting of planned events and activities
Track employee referral program payments and regularly evaluate for effectiveness
Keep informed of current HR trends and promote Freedom Motors as a great place to work

Freedom Motors USA in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a results-driven HR professional to join our growing team! The Human Resources Specialist will perform several HR functions under the leadership of the Human Resources Manager. Maintain a strong focus on recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, and providing exceptional administrative HR support.

What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years progressive HR experience. HRIS & ATS experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
