JOB DESCRIPTION : HUMAN RESOURCE
Designation : Asst Manager
Department : Human Resource
Experience : 3-5 Years
Location : Bangalore
Employment : Full Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Developing and implementing strategies for recruiting and hiring new employees, managing job postings, and coordinating the interview process.
2. Employee Relations: Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, including conflict resolution performance management, and employee engagement.
3. Compensation and Benefits: Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and other incentives.
4. Training and Development: Develop and implement Learning and Development programs for employee growth and skill enhancement, aspiration to destination programs
5. Compliance: Liaise with Employee Relations, Labour Laws making organisation compliant and safe workplace.
6. Records Management: Maintain PII file, update employee records, payroll, benefits and employee handbook ensuring complete discretion.
7. Strategic Planning: Design and implement HR strategies keeping organisation and business strategy as the key focus.
8. Employee Communications: Train employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
+. Performance Management: Design and implement Performance Management systems. Review goal setting, Feedback mechanism and performance evaluation.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Specialist role
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Labour Laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
