Global Placements is a 28-year-old international recruitment company with its primary focus on education and healthcare sectors. We recruit lecturers, Professors and Research Scholars for our clients across the Globe.
• Researching about various academic and Research institutions across the United States and understand their Teacher, Faculty & Research Scholars demand.
• Connecting to various Professors & Senior academic people in United States thru social media and create a platform to exchange knowledge.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and schedule interview with our clients in United States
• Follow up for the post selection process.
Desired Skills:
✬ Experience - 2 to 4 years experience in recruitment.
✬ Masters or Doctorates in any field.
✬ Excellent Communication Skills
