Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Specialist at Young Zone India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR policies and strategies. This role encompasses various HR functions with a focus on strategic planning, organizational development, and creating a positive workplace culture that aligns with our business goals.
We are looking for qualified HR personnel with experience in a startup (preferably in Education, IT or media industry) to implement & manage ‘Employee Value Proposition’ and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. You will develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results for specific functions. It includes making key decisions to benefit the lifecycle and retention of employees, providing change leadership, succession planning, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as ongoing process improvement, policy and process creation, review, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Focus areas include talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Organizational Development: Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and develop plans to address them, including training and development programs.
• Workplace Culture: Help in crafting and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop initiatives that promote employee well-being and professional growth.
• Policy Formulation: Collaborate with the HR team to design and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR practices.
• Market Research: Conduct research on HR trends, compensation, and benefits to ensure that our offerings are competitive and attractive.
• Hiring and Training Management: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and facilitating orientation programs. Develop and implement training programs to ensure continuous skill development and growth for employees.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with a focus on organizational development or strategic HR management are preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen understanding of HR practices and policies.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR, especially in a strategic role, is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Location: Pune-based candidates preferred
