Job description, work day and responsibilities

a. Maintain and monitor all recruitment portals

b. Coordinate with external HR consultants

c. Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates

d. Be able to create a pipeline to satisfy the company’s talent needs (60- 100 ppl in the next 12 months)

e. Be familiar with all departments and the skillsets requirements

f. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Talent Retention -

a. Constant monitoring and review of team members at all locations

b. Occasional travel to other office locations

c. Prepare career development and skill sets enhancement plans for all departments
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
