What will you do?
· Provides strategic HR support related to human capital management that enables stakeholders turn business strategy into business practice and results.
· Contributing to design, implementation and management of programs to analyze evaluation feedback and implement changes/revisions to ensure people development activities are focused on business needs, corporate objectives
· Create the Employee Value Proposition for the organization and integrate the same to various people's processes and practices to deliver a consistent employee experience.
· Build and drive the Employer Branding plan for the organization across different stakeholders through online and offline channels.
· Execute the Talent Management strategy for the organization and keep the strategy updated in-line with the business strategy.
· Take care of core HR functions, such as talent management, employee engagement, performance management, implementation of policies and processes etc.
· Responsible for driving systemic organizational initiatives aligning with business needs and organization priorities.
· Execute of HR activities related to Corporate HR functions (C&B, Recruitment, Policies & Procedures, etc.)
· Execution of projects related to PMS Cycle, Structuring of Comp & Ben, Management Development & Succession Planning & other policies.
· Create an effective organization structure that aid BU's functions strategically.
· Initiate Employee Engagement Practices.
· Create & determine HRMIS & Budgets.
· Drive adherence to HR process , metrics and plan.
· Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes
· Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business.
· Employee Relations, Engagement & Management
· Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any.
· Facilitates development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee needs.
· Driving employee engagement agenda for their teams they support
· Work with the Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per Annual Operating Plan.
· Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.
What do you have?
· Post Graduation/MBA from a premier institute only with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
· Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions / actions that lead to business results.
· Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results.
· An ability to think outside the box / creative thinking.
· Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work of with all levels the organization including senior management
· Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities
· Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
· Strong relationship building and influence skills. Ability to become the key trusted advisor to Stakeholders
