Job Description
We are hiring an Human Resources Specialist.
6 Months minimum Experience is required.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with
the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources
by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
• Employee onboarding & offboarding.
• Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
• Maintaining employee leave and training records.
• Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
• Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
• Other ad-hoc work such as preparing work certificates etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 6 Months of experience in Human Resources within the IT industry
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory HR practices.

• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
