What You'll Do
You will be responsible for end-to-end Talent journey including Staffing and Career development responsibilities for a cohort.
Be the single POC for all stakeholders - Effective interaction with your cohort, CD Chairs and
Staffing team to close cohort staffing and their career development process.
Ensure people development needs are addressed by identifying right people for the right cases.
Support in performing regular check-ins.
Raise, monitor, and ensure closure of case evaluations as per CDC norms.
Allocate advisors in a timely manner.
Work closely with members of the Business team to ensure the right team construct is offered to the case leadership.
Maintain and update CDC database for the consulting cohort employees. Assist CD Chair in
preparing for CDC meetings, and scheduling and planning the same.
Work closely with Staffing Experts, Finance team, Mobility & Recruiting team as there are
linkages with other teams.
Weekly Staffing meeting – Prepare weekly agenda and staffing forecast scenario for staffing
meetings. Maintain an updated availability sheet for all team discussions.
Leave management – Plan and manage Cohort's leaves in a way to ensure business as usual
during peak holiday periods.
Introduce process improvements within CDC process as and when required.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3-7 years related HR experience in a corporate from consulting or services industry preferably in an MNC environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Individual must demonstrate willingness to take a hands-on approach and also be able to excel in a large international company culture
Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel
Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Solid business partner with the ability to dialogue, communicate at all levels
Personal touch – Explain logic of Staffing based on home location, Case preference, CDC input and staffing flexibility.
