Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals
- Scheduling offline and online Interviews
- Preparing and discussing employment details with the selected candidate
- Ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding process
- Managing Employee Details/Records
- Managing Office culture and office events
- Design policies and maintain HR responsibilities
- Addressing employee issues
