Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
Role Description
The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, develop and implement HR strategies and policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The role includes improving employee engagement, addressing employee concerns, managing performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Develop and implement HR policies and procedure Handle employee relations and grievance management Conduct performance reviews and support employee development Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Skills in performance management, training, and employee development Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP / PHR) is an advantage Prior experience in a managerial role or in outsourcing/technology industry preferred
