Hiring for- Human Resource Team Leader
Position based at-New Delhi
Department- Human Resource
Department- Banking
Role and Responsibilities:-
Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment: Responsible for sourcing the right fit for open positions with the help of an in-house team and recruitment vendor.
Induction, Training & Onboarding: Taking new joiners & Propeller sessions for policy/procedure briefing, organisation culture etc.
Business Partner: Partnering with Businesses to understand workforce requirements and facilitating the same through various channels.
Employee Engagement and Relations: SPOC for all employees/ex-employees issues, clarification, concerns and grievances.
HR Operation: Handling queries related to compensation disbursement of Salary and Advances, full & final settlements, Statutory dues, PF, gratuity etc.
Payroll: Ensuring the attendance inputs from various regions reach for salary processing on time.
Team Handling: As a Human Resource Team Lead will handle a team of Deputy Mgr/ Manager Human Resource
