Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Team Lead at Hiring Hunter. The Team Lead will be responsible for HR management, New Client acquisition, employee relations, implementing HR policies, personnel management, and overseeing the human resources function of the organization along with client handling.
Qualifications
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Must be from Recruitment/consultancy background
• Must have existing client database to onboard new
clients
• Must have Team handling and onboarding skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have experience to hire Niche profiles
• Must be able to source IT and Non-IT both the profile
• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Personnel Management skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• HR certification or relevant degree
Budget- 3 LPA to 5 LPA
