Human Resources Trainer

Overview of the organisation: SkillArbitrage is a one-stop platform where we teach high-demand skills to Indian youth and create a talent pool of remote freelancers who can work from anywhere in the world, for anyone in the world. We are looking to employ an HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organisational and conflict management skills. Work Location: Remote Role: HR Trainer Working days- 5 days working (Saturday and Monday fixed off) Work timing- + hrs/Days Job Responsibilities: ● Creating and taking classes in the Strategic HR course ● Developing and delivering educational content including notes, tests, and assignments. ● Working with experts to enrich the class content. ● Ensuring content matches established objectives. ● Supporting students in getting and working on Freelancing opportunities ● Attending the doubts and queries of the students. ● Developing curriculam and delivering course material. ● Evaluating and documenting students’ progress. Criteria: ● Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential). ● 5-8 years of experience as an HR coordinator or teacher in HR (essential). ● Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. ● Efficient HR administration and people management skills. ● Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Knowledge of working on different HR software Pre-requisites: ● A stable Wi-Fi Connection ● Laptop/Personal Computer
