This is an entry level position, though senior care industry experience is helpful
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be compliant with New York State Motor Vehicle laws
Must follow the Policy that pertains to Driver's License requirements as a condition of employment
Must be computer proficient (I.E. Microsoft Products, internet browsing, smartphone usage, etc.)
Must have the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information

The recruitment and engagement coordinator at Home Instead supports the local office in various functions including:
Conducts phone screens and interviews for CAREGiver candidates; maintains regular contact with our CAREGiver staff to ensure quality of care
Follows up on all applicant inquiries, schedules and conducts interviews
Enforces company policy and provides verbal coaching to employees for minor policy infractions or provides encouragement/incentives for a job well done
Assists in orientation and classroom training
Conducts regularly scheduled CAREGiver reviews
Completing data entry and processing background checks
Thinks outside of the box for new ideas on recruitment and retention
Other duties as assigned

Home Instead is a provider of non-medical, in-home care for seniors in the Greater Buffalo area. We are GROWING and looking to add a recruitment and engagement coordinator to our team!
The recruitment and engagement coordinator at Home Instead supports the local office in various functions including:
• Conducts phone screens and interviews for CAREGiver candidates; maintains regular contact with our CAREGiver staff to ensure quality of care
• Follows up on all applicant inquiries, schedules and conducts interviews
• Enforces company policy and provides verbal coaching to employees for minor policy infractions or provides encouragement/incentives for a job well done
• Assists in orientation and classroom training

Education/Experience Requirements
• This is an entry level position, though senior care industry experience is helpful.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; one year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be compliant with New York State Motor Vehicle laws
• Must follow the Policy that pertains to Driver's License requirements as a condition of employment
• Knowledge or experience of the senior care industry preferred
• Must be computer proficient (I.E. Microsoft Products, internet browsing, smartphone usage, etc.)
• Must have the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information
